Tuyaux en acier ERW galvanisés à chaud
One of the most widely used materials on Earth, steel provides outstanding strength, toughness, and durability. Steel pipe is a versatile, cost effective solution for a broad range of applications, including:
Construction et architecture
Plomberie eau/égout
Systèmes de canalisations
Conduites de transfert de gaz et de fluides
Fabrication d'équipements industriels
Traitement du pétrole et du gaz
Avantage des tuyaux en acier galvanisés ERW
Galvanized steel pipe features a protective zinc coating that helps prevent corrosion, rust, and the buildup of mineral deposits, thereby extending the pipe’s lifespan. Galvanized steel pipe is most commonly used in plumbing and other water-supply applications.
Galvanized steel pipes are dipped into a protective zinc coating to protect the pipes from corrosion in wet environments. In addition, galvanized pipes are a lower cost alternative to steel to achieve rust free protection for up to 30 years, while maintaining comparable strength with a durable surface coating.
Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Pipe Process Flow:
black pipe inspection — degrease — rinsing — pickling — water cleaning — solvent coating — drying by hot air — Hot Dipped Galvanizing — water cooling — passivation & rinsing — cleaning — drying — inspection and repair — marking, packing and storage
Standards:
ASTM A53 Standard Specification for Pipe, Steel, Black and Hot-Dipped, Zinc-Coated, Welded and Seamless
BS 1387 Standard Specification for Screwed and socketed steel tubes and tubulars and for plain end steel tubes suitable for welding or for screwing to BS 21 pipe threads
ASTM A123 Standard Specification for Zinc (Hot-Dip Galvanized) Coatings on Iron and Steel Products
